1. Who we are. Blacklist Performance (KVK 77518543), based in Den Bosch, Netherlands, produces and sells carbon-fibre body kits and performance parts. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. Questions can be sent to contact@blacklist-performance.com.
2. Data we collect. When you contact us or place an order we may collect your name, e-mail, phone number, shipping address and the details of your request. We only collect what we need to answer you and fulfil your order.
3. How we use it. Your data is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, produce and ship your parts, issue warranty and origin certificates, and keep you updated on your order. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Sharing. We share data only with the partners strictly required to deliver your order — for example shipping carriers and payment providers — and only the information they need to complete their part of the service.
5. Retention. We keep order and warranty records for as long as needed to honour warranties and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which the data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also object to certain processing or ask us to restrict it.
7. Security. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

How it works. Production runs about 30 days depending on demand and kit complexity. A 50% deposit confirms the order and the balance is due when your parts are ready to ship — worldwide, with tracking.

What is a turbocharger? It's a compressor driven by the engine's exhaust gases. It reuses energy that would otherwise leave through the exhaust to spin a turbine, which compresses the intake air. More compressed air = more fuel burned = more power, without increasing engine displacement.
What does it do? It significantly increases power and torque, improves engine efficiency and recovers performance at altitude. It's the foundation of virtually every modern performance build — from street cars to competition.
How to choose the right turbo? It depends on your power target, engine displacement and use (street, track, drag). Smaller turbos spool faster (less lag) and suit the street; larger turbos deliver more top-end power, ideal for track and high RPM. What is a forged rim? A forged rim is pressed from a solid billet of aluminium (or magnesium alloy) under extreme pressure. Unlike cast rims, the grain is aligned and denser — higher strength, lower weight and better fatigue resistance. It's the standard on track cars, hypercars and serious street builds.
What does a rim upgrade do? Reducing unsprung mass (wheels, tyres, brakes) is one of the most effective upgrades. Lighter forged rims improve acceleration, braking, handling & cornering, ride quality and steering feel. A proper forged set saves 4–8 kg per corner versus heavy OEM — a difference you feel immediately.
Why forged over cast? Forged rims are pressed from solid metal, delivering higher structural strength at lower weight, better crack resistance, cleaner machining and longer life under track and daily abuse.

Two ways to buy. Bolt-on brand kits (cat-back, axle-back, turbo-back, downpipes, mid-pipes) for the platforms on the site — and the Blacklist custom line, built to order when you want another diameter, material, sound, or a car the big brands don't cover.
What it changes. The factory system is tuned for silence and cost. A performance system trades restriction for flow: controls the note, cuts weight and — with the right downpipe and map — lets the engine breathe. Right diameter matters: too big on a small engine kills low-end torque.

Beyond the brand kits, you spec your exhaust online: vehicle & engine, system type, material (304 / 321 / titanium), diameter, layout (X / H / Y, valved or open), catalyst and tips. You don't weld — you tell us the car and the choices, our shop confirms fitment from the lift or your photos, and every system is TIG-welded and made to order.
